Read the instructions carefully before filling out the form:

1. The candidate must fill in the required details to receive the User ID and Password.
2. The User ID and Password will be sent to the registered email address and/or mobile number. Overseas candidates will receive both the User ID and Password only on the registered email address.
3. The candidate can log in using the User ID and Password to complete the application form.
4. The candidate must provide the correct Name, Mobile Number, and Email Address, as these details cannot be changed once the registration is completed.
